Welcome Home Healing provides individual, couples, and group gestalt psychotherapy for neurodivergent adults over 25 who struggle to connect with others because of shame and fears of rejection. Each session entails exploring the feelings, sensations, and fears that cause you to hide your true self. Through this process, you will discover your innate worth, gifts, and the freedom to remove the masks of shame and self-doubt.
