Each month, week, or day of our planners (depending on the type you buy) has intentional space designed to highlight these dimensions. It’s great for neurotypical folks but also helps nuerodivergent folks (ADHD - Attention Deficit Disorder, GAD Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder come to mind) too by prompting us all daily to consider how we enjoy our lives holistically.
