On a stoop in Bed-Stuy over about a decade, friends and service industry veterans shared a dream of a third space based on a few good ideas: Community is built, not bought; Everyone deserves respect and a living wage; Quality can be simple.

So Good is a coffee shop, but it’s also an idea. We know good service can be a way of life, not a hamster wheel to power the ruling class, and not an exclusive subscription. It’s a place where all are invited to experience the richness of life and the opportunity to connect over a bangin' bacon egg and cheese. We stand behind our choices every step of the way, which is why we pay our baristas based on the MIT living wage, because we know that when our team is good, our community is good. We hope you’ll feel this to the last drop.
