I started Muse & Grace Mental Health Counseling Services with a deep belief in the power of story to heal and transform. As a Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness graduate, I draw on evidence-based psychotherapy including expressive arts interventions to support mental, emotional, and relational well-being.

Based in midtown Manhattan, with virtual care available, I created Muse & Grace with women and people of color in mind—people whose lived experiences deserve a therapeutic space that sees and honors them. My work centers Black women, their families, and communities of color, while welcoming anyone seeking culturally aware, identity-affirming care.
