We at Mama Maisa’s Pepper Sauce are pleased to introduce a 10th-generation Caribbean family recipe “St. Croix Fire”, a perfect pepper blend of scotch bonnet heat, curry, and other natural spices. Our products capture the essence of Caribbean heat and flavor.

GREEN SAUCE (a mild all natural & herbaceous blend made with scotch bonnet peppers, poblano and jalapeno peppers and cilantro) and RED SAUCE (all natural slightly sweet, tangy, smokey blend of red scotch bonnet peppers and tamarind with smoked tomato).
