GREEN SAUCE (a mild all natural & herbaceous blend made with scotch bonnet peppers, poblano and jalapeno peppers and cilantro) and RED SAUCE (all natural slightly sweet, tangy, smokey blend of red scotch bonnet peppers and tamarind with smoked tomato).
