I own a business that equips Black and Brown women with clear results-based, actionable tools to empower their career decisions and teach them how to successfully advocate for themselves. Having both 15 years of professional HR experience and my own lived experience as a Black woman, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges women of color face in the professional world. My mission is to change that so that women of color build a career and a life they deserve and love.
