Blind Barber

A speakeasy tucked behind a working barbershop on East 10th Street, Blind Barber has been part of the East Village community since 2010. What started as a simple idea — a barbershop by day and a cocktail bar by night — has become one of New York City’s most recognizable neighborhood spots.

By day, guests come for expert cuts, classic shaves, and good conversation. At night, the shop transforms into a warm, low-lit bar where locals, artists, and friends gather for cocktails, music, and connection. The space captures everything we love about the East Village: creativity, culture, and a sense of belonging.
