I am a licensed creative arts therapist. I cultivate creativity and spontaneity for adults who are seeking change, balance, direction, and life-satisfaction. My current therapy patients and life coaching clients are adults struggling with anxiety and/or depression, with additional coexisting issues of relationships, life transitions, body image, or past trauma. I have a Masters of Arts in Drama Therapy from NYU.
