I’m Giancarla Sambo, an entertainment and media attorney with 15+ years serving clients in English and Spanish markets. I focus on contract negotiation, intellectual property, and transactions for talent, producers, media, and influencers.

I have an LL.M. in Entertainment and New Media Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with experience in production agreements, sponsorships, influencer marketing, licensing, NDAs, and co-branding. I navigate the legal landscapes of New York, Puerto Rico, and elsewhere, providing tailored counsel.

Before law, I was a media personality working with NBC, iHeartMedia, and Univision. This gives me a unique perspective to offer practical, strategic legal advice based on industry experience.

Alongside my legal practice, I mentor emerging professionals and discuss entertainment law as a speaker and writer. My role as former Executive Director of the Miss America program in Puerto Rico, along with my work with contestants, enhances my ability to advise on branding, intellectual property, and contracts in pageant and influencer spaces.
